Am i eligible for refund?

You are eligible for a refund if:

  1. Your Purchase was made within 15 days.
  2. You have at least one active job post for 7 days post your purchase and not received a minimum of 10 Applications of Candidates by 7 days of listing/posting a job in cubic jobs portal

    1. Employee leaving
    2. Employee misconduct
    3. Employee background verification
    4. Employee criminal activities
      Any company which falls under the following categories is considered blacklisted:

      1. Consultancies
        1. Employers who are hiring for other employers.
        2. Employers who are charging money.
      2. Bad Jobs
        1. Employers posting obscene jobs.
        2. Employers posting jobs requiring personal favors.
        3. Employers posting jobs involvement in human trafficking.
        4. Employers posting any religious, sexual, or politically motivated jobs.
        5. Employers Faulsely mentioned in jobs to attract candidates


    5. Cancellation Policy :Please note that once you have purchased our Job Posting Plan and Database Plan, it cannot be canceled, Eligibility of any kind of refund will be initiated only if the above refund policy criteria are satisfied.

      When you purchase a Jobs Posting/Listing plan from Cubic Jobs you automatically agree with the statements listed above and the refund policy.
