Job Description
Quality Control
- Responsible for quality checking of materials.
- In depth knowledge of quality parameters
- To work with the team of in line inspection and final inspection.
- Able to handle customer complaints, root cause
- To support New Product Introduction quality planning (APQP) and PPAP
- Drive for process continual improvement activities
- Perform diagnosis, trouble shooting, analysis and RCA using quality tools and statistical techniques
- Daily rejection analysis
- To maintain quality related MIS charts
- Details inspection and layout, Gap & Flush of existing/new products.
- Support IATF internal/external audits and customer related audits
- Responsible of Internal audit, Supplier Audit, Product and process audit and preparation Audit Report.
- Handling supplier complaints preventive/corrective action implementation and verification.
- New Process improvement and solution for upstream projects.
- Handling customer complain, Root cause analysis and 8D.
- Handling line problems and taking contentment action on urgent basis.
- Documentation handling – QMS (EMS14001:2015, ISO 9001:2015,IATF 16949:2016), PPAP, APQP, Product Audit, Process Audit, SPC, MSA, Layout Inspection.
