Production Supervisor

The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the production floor. This role includes managing production staff, ensuring production targets are met, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring a safe and efficient working environment. The Production Supervisor acts as a bridge between the production staff and management, ensuring smooth communication and workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervision and Leadership:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the production team.
  • Provide guidance, training, and support to production staff.
  • Monitor staff performance and conduct performance appraisals.
  • Production Management:
  • Ensure production schedules are met in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed.
  • Optimize production operations to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Quality Assurance:
  • Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure product quality.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to uphold quality standards.
  • Address any quality issues promptly and effectively.
  • Safety and Compliance:
  • Enforce safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
  • Conduct safety training sessions and ensure staff adherence to safety protocols.
