we are looking for HR Executive for our HR Firm

Job Description:

The HR Executive is responsible for maintaining HR policy drafting and overseeing HR payroll processes within the organization. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a comprehensive understanding of human resources principles.

Key Responsibilities:

1 HR Policy Drafting: Develop, update, and maintain HR policies in accordance with legal requirements and organizational objectives.

2 HR Payroll Management: Oversee payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in salary disbursement, deductions, and compliance with tax regulations.

3 Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance, leaves, and performance evaluations.

4 Compliance Monitoring: Ensure adherence to labor laws, regulations, and company policies related to HR practices and payroll administration.

5 Onboarding and Offboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires and manage the offboarding process for departing employees, including exit interviews and clearance procedures.

6 Employee Relations: Address employee queries and concerns regarding HR policies, payroll, benefits, and employment matters.

7 Training and Development: Support the implementation of training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.

Collaboration: Coordinate with other departments, such as finance and operations, to ensure alignment and efficiency in HR and payroll processes.

8 Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to streamline HR and payroll operations.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

0 to 1 year of relevant experience in HR policy drafting and payroll administration.

Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.

Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and payroll software.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.

Salary Range: ₹7000 to ₹11000 per month

Location: Client office
